Our Story
Frontline Holdings was founded in 2022 by Brad Brueggemann and Everett Wineman. Brad served 9 years in Army Field Artillery, bringing mission-first discipline, precision, and leadership to every project. Everett brought deep development expertise, with a career built on guiding complex projects from concept to completion.
They founded Frontline on a simple belief: owners deserve a partner on their side of the table. Too often, the traditional model works against the owner. Frontline was built to fix that.
In 2023, Warren Weier joined the team, strengthening Frontline's leadership and expanding its reach across healthcare, government, multifamily, commercial, and land development sectors.
