Our History

Frontline was founded by Brad Bruggemann and Everett Wineman on the belief that the built environment deserves more than just projects delivered on time and on budget; it deserves a process rooted in trust, collaboration, and excellence. From the beginning, the founding partners combined their diverse experiences in development, construction, and operations to bridge gaps they saw too often in the industry. By bringing together different strengths and perspectives, the team created a fully integrated approach that places alignment and accountability at the center of every project. 

 What started as a vision shared by a small group of like-minded leaders has grown into a team driven by purpose. Many of Frontline’s leaders are military veterans whose backgrounds instilled discipline, precision, and a mission-first mindset, qualities that now define the company’s culture. Others bring decades of private sector expertise in predevelopment, construction management, and large-scale project execution. Together, this collective leadership has expanded Frontline’s reach into healthcare, government, higher education, multifamily, and commercial sectors, delivering projects that improve communities and create long-term value for Clients.
