Acting as the Development Manager, Construction Manager, and General Contractor, Frontline led entitlement, preconstruction planning, civil development, and vertical construction activities across the 41-acre site.

Frontline provided comprehensive construction management services for Aurora Oaks, a large-scale, multi-phase residential community in Ocala, FL. Engagement included oversight of land development, residential infrastructure, and amenity construction.
