Ole Grauke

Ole is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator with extensive leadership experience across aviation, operations, and construction. After commissioning as a Distinguished Naval Graduate from Texas A&M University, he earned his wings in 2011 and served as a UH-1N pilot with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 467. Over five years of service, he held a variety of leadership positions including Airframes Officer in Charge, and Utility Helicopter Commander and deployed multiple times as both as a pilot and Aviation Operations Advisor.Transitioning to the private sector in 2016, Ole applied his operational expertise to construction, advancing from Assistant Superintendent to recognized leader in logistics and multifamily development. He has directly managed the successful delivery of more than $300 million in projects, including over 1,000 new apartment units in the DFW market as well as commercial, retail, worship, medical, and hospitality developments.Ole holds a B.A. in International Politics and Diplomacy with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University and also studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. His certifications include Licensed Drone Pilot, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and OSHA 30.
