Ole Grauke

Ole is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator with extensive leadership experience across aviation, operations, and construction. After commissioning as a Distinguished Naval Graduate from Texas A&M University, he earned his wings in 2011 and served as a UH-1N pilot with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 467. Over nine years of service, he held a variety of leadership positions, including Airframes Officer in Charge and Utility Helicopter Commander, and deployed multiple times as both a pilot and an Aviation Operations Advisor. Transitioning to the private sector in 2016, Ole applied his operational expertise to construction, advancing from Assistant Superintendent to become a recognized leader in logistics and multifamily development. He has directly managed the successful delivery of more than $300 million in projects, including over 1,000 new apartment units in the DFW market as well as commercial, retail, worship, medical, and hospitality developments. Ole holds a B.A. in International Politics and Diplomacy with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University and also studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. His certifications include being a Licensed Drone Pilot, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and an OSHA 30 certification.
