Overview
Frontline partnered with Camp Crucis to deliver a multi-phase facility stabilization program, ensuring the long-term safety, functionality, and revenue-generating capability of this historic youth camp. Work was executed around active operations to minimize disruption.
Key Highlights (Phase 1)
Repaired pool systems, retaining walls, plumbing, filtration, and restored water slides.
Rehabilitated bridge decking, handrails, and completed structural repainting.
Upgraded water systems, including softener repairs and underground leak remediation.
Conducted electrical, plumbing, structural, and civil assessments for long-term planning.
Key Highlights (Phase 2)
Corrected electrical and plumbing deficiencies across cabins, dining halls, and support facilities.
Renovated kitchen facilities with a new 600A panel, grease interceptor, walk-in freezer, and food service equipment upgrades.
Installed a new water purification system, 2,570 feet of distribution loop, and automation with TCEQ compliance.
Implemented drainage and erosion control measures, stormwater management, and road stabilization.
Enhanced campus-wide safety with ADA updates and code-correct electrical work.
