Everett Wineman
Everett Wineman, a native of Highland Village, TX, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in construction, preconstruction, and project development. He began his career serving the U.S. federal government in austere overseas environments while managing construction projects and studying mechanical engineering at the Cockrell School of Engineering.
In 2012, Everett moved to the oil and gas sector, gaining valuable manufacturing experience before shifting to independent design–build work.
In 2016, he joined a general contracting firm, progressing from estimator to director of preconstruction, where he managed diverse projects valued at up to $75 million.
In 2022, he was appointed vice president of preconstruction at Stillwater Capital, leveraging deep expertise in municipal collaboration and the development process. Everett’s portfolio spans commercial tenant finish-outs, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and ground-up construction, reflecting his ability to deliver high-value results across sectors.
