Everett is a seasoned construction and predevelopment expert with more than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning federal, industrial, and commercial real estate sectors. His early career was shaped by high stakes work with the U.S. government, where he operated in remote and austere environments across the globe. After returning stateside, Everett transitioned into construction management while studying for his engineering degree at The University of Texas.Following an entrepreneurial venture designing proprietary equipment for Tough Shed, Everett built a strong track record as a design-build leader, ultimately serving as Director of Preconstruction at a Texas based general contractor. In 2022, he was appointed Vice President of Preconstruction at Stillwater Capital, where he oversaw development planning for multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use projects valued at up to $75 million.Today, Everett brings his expertise to Frontline Holdings, where he plays a key role in driving cost discipline and execution certainty. His background spans entitlements, municipal negotiation, site selection, adaptive reuse, ground up development, and preconstruction strategy, bridging vision and feasibility to maximize investor value.
