Brad Brueggemann

Founder

Brad is a Texas A&M educated real estate operator and former U.S. Army Field Artillery officer with a proven track record in high-value ground-up developments across the multifamily and commercial sectors. During 11 years of military service, he advanced into leadership roles overseeing operational planning for units of up to 600 personnel, sharpening his ability to manage complex operations with precision and discipline.

Since 2014, Brad has led delivery of diverse asset classes, including multifamily wrap and garden communities, worship centers, car washes, and large-scale mixed-use assets exceeding $75 million in value. His entrepreneurial background—founding two cabinetry and millwork ventures—provides a unique blend of field-level execution insight and business ownership discipline.

At Frontline Holdings, Brad ensures projects are executed with financial precision, operational efficiency, and investor-aligned stewardship from preconstruction through stabilization.

Everett Wineman

Founder

Everett Wineman grew up in Higher Village, TX. The first nine years of his adult career, he worked as an Other Government Agency, traveling extensively and working in austere environments for the United States federal government. While off contract and at home in this US, he worked as a project. manager for a small construction company while also attending college. Eventually, he was accepted to the Cockrell School of Engineering, where he studied mechanical engineering.

Eric Peterman

Team Member

Eric is a seasoned construction executive with more than 25 years of experience leading operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-performance project delivery across Texas and surrounding regions. His expertise spans multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and commercial projects, with a career portfolio exceeding $800 million in construction value.

He most recently served as Vice President of Operations for a Texas-based general contractor and previously held the role of Senior Vice President for a boutique development group in Roanoke, TX, where he helped launch their construction division from the ground up. Earlier in his career, Eric spent nearly two decades at a national ENR Top 400 general contractor, advancing from Project Manager to Vice President/General Manager and expanding Texas operations from $10 million to $90 million annually.

Eric holds a B.S. in Construction Science & Management from Kansas State University and is recognized for building high performing teams, implementing scalable systems, and ensuring disciplined, on time, and on budget delivery.

Warren Weier

Managing Partner

Warren Weier was born and raised in Sterling Heights, MI. Upon graduating from High School, Warren joined the United States Army, where he successfully navigated the Special Forces Assessment and Selection Program and earned the distinguished Green Beret. Over the course of his 11-year tenure within the Special Operations Community, Warren honed his skills in managing diverse construction projects across the globe.
