During 11 years of military service, he advanced into leadership roles overseeing operational planning for units of up to 600 personnel, sharpening his ability to manage complex operations with precision and discipline.Since 2014, Brad has led delivery of diverse asset classes, including multifamily wrap and garden communities, worship centers, car washes, and large-scale mixed-use assets exceeding $75 million in value. Everett is a seasoned construction and predevelopment expert with more than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning federal, industrial, and commercial real estate sectors. His early career was shaped by high stakes work with the U.S. government, where he operated in remote and austere environments across the globe. After returning stateside, Everett transitioned into construction management while studying for his engineering degree at The University of Texas.Following an entrepreneurial venture designing proprietary equipment for Tough Shed, Everett built a strong track record as a design-build leader, ultimately serving as Director of Preconstruction at a Texas based general contractor. In 2022, he was appointed Vice President of Preconstruction at Stillwater Capital, where he oversaw development planning for multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use projects valued at up to $75 million.Today, Everett brings his expertise to Frontline Holdings, where he plays a key role in driving cost discipline and execution certainty. His background spans entitlements, municipal negotiation, site selection, adaptive reuse, ground up development, and preconstruction strategy, bridging vision and feasibility to maximize investor value.

Eric is a seasoned construction executive with more than 25 years of experience leading operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-performance project delivery across Texas and surrounding regions. His expertise spans multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and commercial projects, with a career portfolio exceeding $800 million in construction value.He most recently served as Vice President of Operations for a Texas-based general contractor and previously held the role of Senior Vice President for a boutique development group in Roanoke, TX, where he helped launch their construction division from the ground up. Earlier in his career, Eric spent nearly two decades at a national ENR Top 400 general contractor, advancing from Project Manager to Vice President/General Manager and expanding Texas operations from $10 million to $90 million annually.Eric holds a B.S. in Construction Science & Management from Kansas State University and is recognized for building high performing teams, implementing scalable systems, and ensuring disciplined, on time, and on budget delivery. He brings a steady, proven leadership style that drives both project success and long-term organizational growth.

Warren is a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran with deep expertise in managing complex, large scale construction and capital projects both domestically and internationally. As a Green Beret, he led mission critical infrastructure initiatives worldwide, honing leadership, precision, and problem solving under pressure.In the private sector, Warren quickly distinguished himself in both brownfield and greenfield developments within healthcare and higher education, overseeing more than $550 million in concurrent projects. As a Managing Partner at Frontline Holdings, he founded and leads the firm’s Government business unit, while also directing strategy and execution across the broader portfolio. He manages initiatives from land acquisition through stabilized operations, ensuring construction delivery aligns seamlessly with investment performance.Warren holds a Master’s in Construction Management and a B.S. in Project Management. His certifications include Project Management Professional, Certified Project Director, Associate Constructor, Construction Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and OSHA 30. Ole Grauke
Ole is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator with extensive leadership experience across aviation, operations, and construction. After commissioning as a Distinguished Naval Graduate from Texas A&M University, he earned his wings in 2011 and served as a UH-1N pilot with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 467. Over five years of service, he held a variety of leadership positions including Airframes Officer in Charge, and Utility Helicopter Commander and deployed multiple times as both as a pilot and Aviation Operations Advisor.Transitioning to the private sector in 2016, Ole applied his operational expertise to construction, advancing from Assistant Superintendent to recognized leader in logistics and multifamily development. He has directly managed the successful delivery of more than $300 million in projects, including over 1,000 new apartment units in the DFW market as well as commercial, retail, worship, medical, and hospitality developments.Ole holds a B.A. in International Politics and Diplomacy with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University and also studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. His certifications include Licensed Drone Pilot, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and OSHA 30.
